These Terms of Use describe the use of Tahoo and apply where validly incorporated into the user relationship. Minors need their legal guardian’s consent where required by law.

The license for the app obtained through the App Store is governed by Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These supplementary terms do not replace it. Acquisition and billing are also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services terms. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Tahoo helps you train your dog and record your everyday activities together. Features include dog profiles, training exercises and custom tasks, progress displays, a journal, health and care logs, reminders, walk recording, backups and supported Apple Watch functions. Weather, maps, calendar and Apple Health are additional functions whose availability depends on the device, permissions and the relevant Apple services.

Tahoo is unlocked through Tahoo Pro. The available product types include monthly and yearly subscriptions and a one-time purchase. The offers actually available to you in the App Store and the relevant purchase screen are decisive. A free trial is not generally promised. If Apple displays an introductory offer to you, its stated duration, price and eligibility requirements apply.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them in accordance with the conditions shown when purchasing. A one-time purchase is not a subscription. It provides the offered permanent unlock, but does not promise unlimited operation of external services or support for every future device and operating system generation. Statutory conformity and update rights remain unaffected.

Payment is handled through your Apple account and becomes due after purchase confirmation unless the displayed offer provides for a later charge. Manage and cancel subscriptions under iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before an offered free trial ends to avoid being charged afterwards. For regular renewals, the billing time and cancellation terms shown in Apple’s purchase dialog apply. After a regular cancellation, access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Reading this page does not create a paid contract. For a purchase, the specific offer and the App Store confirmation apply. Statutory withdrawal, warranty and refund rights remain unaffected. You can request App Store refunds via Apple’s Report a Problem and contact us regarding your rights.

The scope of the app license is set out in Apple’s standard EULA and applicable App Store usage rules. Uses permitted by law remain permitted. Use the app lawfully and respect other people’s rights.

Your own content remains yours; we claim no right to use it for advertising or publication. Only enter or share other people’s personal data when authorised to do so. See the Tahoo Privacy Policy for how content is processed.

Training advice, recipes, medication logs, vaccination information and paw safety provide general information and organisational assistance. They do not replace individual veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment. Check recognised vaccination details, medication information and dates yourself. Weather warnings, GPS distances and reminders may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Pay attention to your surroundings and your dog’s wellbeing during training and walks.

You decide which personal contents and other people’s information you enter or share and must be entitled to do so. Use the export function if you need an additional backup; enabling automatic backup does not replace checking that it completed successfully.

Technical requirements are stated in the applicable App Store description. Some features depend on device permissions, the operating system or Apple services.

Statutorily required updates, including security updates, and remedies for defects remain unaffected. For continuously supplied digital products, further changes are made only where legally permitted, particularly for valid reasons such as changes to operating systems, security requirements or law, without extra charges and with clear information. If a change adversely affects access or use by more than a minor degree, we provide advance information on a durable medium about the change, timing and statutory termination rights. Rights under section 327r of the German Civil Code remain fully applicable.

Statutory warranty and liability rules apply. The descriptions of the app’s limitations do not restrict these rights.

You may stop using the app at any time. Any subscription must also be cancelled through your Apple account; deleting the app does not cancel it. Uninstalling does not automatically delete separate exports, backups or data in other apps or cloud services. See the Privacy Policy for details. Statutory termination rights remain unaffected.

A new date on this page does not automatically amend an existing agreement. Contract changes take effect only where legally valid; we seek your consent where required. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
